Berufsbildungswerk (BBW, Vocational Training Centre)
Preparation and training for work on the way to individual jobs
Our Special BBW for persons with physical disabilities, chronic illnesses, or disorders on the autism spectrum is centrally located in the southern part of Munich. In addition to training in several state-recognised professions, we also offer steps towards professional orientation and preparation. Our employees work in close coordination with a multi-modal concept to ensure that the training can be completed successfully. To assist our young participants in the development of their individual personalities the specific BBW goals and support are customised for and with each participant individually.

Our hallmarks are:
- Practical training in small groups with educators who have a background in rehabilitation and pedagogy
- Special-needs school with small classes
- Modern workshops and classrooms
- Collaboration with local firms (e.g., work placements)
- Personal socio-educational or psychological counsellors
- Coaching for recent graduates (support in finding work after graduation)
Furthermore, you will find comprehensive care in house:
